The Restaurant

We have a real passion for taking care of the land and following the food served from the seed. Here, our team uses the best ingredients of each season, organically grown in the region, and actively participates in the preparation at each stage. Vegetable garden, meliponary, artisan charcuterie, olive oils and wines - the passion and dedication towards sustainable gastronomy leads us to act in the production of food in its complete cycle, from planting to returning to nature.
